If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after booking it, you can do so directly in your Client Portal account or from the email you receive after booking.
Reschedule an Appointment
Once you book an appointment, whether it's confirmed or not, you can automatically see it on your appointments tab.
To cancel, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then select reschedule:
Select the date and time, and click update.
You can also do this from the email you receive upon booking:
Any rescheduled appointment will show with the new appointment date and time, in your upcoming appointments.
Cancel an Appointment
To cancel, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then select Cancel appointment then confirm the cancellation.
Once canceled, the appointment will be fully removed from your schedule.
IMPORTANT: If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 48 business hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
You cannot reschedule or cancel appointments within 48 hours of the session on your own; you must contact your therapist directly to do so. Read more about our No Show, Cancellation, and Late Policy.
