Ruh Care has established a comprehensive policy regarding no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals to ensure that both therapists and clients have a clear understanding of expectations and scheduling procedures.
Adhering to these policies promotes respect for the therapist's time and ensures an efficient use of the scheduling system.
No Show Policy
A client is considered a no-show if they do not join the therapy session by the 20-minute mark of their scheduled appointment. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session will be charged the full fee.
In the event of a no-show, therapists should update the session status on the calendar and contact the client care team on the platform to process the charge.
Late Policy
If a client arrives late for their session, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time. The session will not be extended.
If the client is unhappy with having their session cut short due to their late arrival, they can choose to reschedule the appointment, but the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel their session less than 48 business hours in advance will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Clients cannot reschedule or cancel appointments within 48 hours of the session on their own; they must contact the therapist directly to do so.
Note: It is at the therapist's discretion to decide whether to charge the client or waive the fee.
These policies are designed to ensure punctuality and respect for both the therapist's and client's time. By following these guidelines, clients can maintain a good relationship with their therapist and make the most out of their therapy sessions.
Policies are outlined in the Informed Consent & Confidentiality Agreement that clients receive when they book their first session.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Cancellation Policy, please contact us for further assistance by emailing us at [email protected] or directly contacting Client Care Team.
