Include your full name, the date and time of the session, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

You will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Considerations
Cancellation Policy: Please note that our cancellation policy is separate from our refund policy. Cancellations made less than 48 business hours in advance will still be charged the full fee, and these charges are typically not refundable.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a session without adequate notice, as defined by our no-show policy, you will be charged the full fee, and this charge is generally not eligible for a refund.
Late Arrivals: Sessions that are cut short due to late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or session extension.
