The billing process at Ruh Care is transparent and convenient for our clients. After you've paid for your session, you can easily access your invoice and superbill through your account.

Accessing Your Invoice and Superbill

  • Receipt of Payment: Immediately after we charge your card for the session, you will receive a receipt of payment. This receipt serves as confirmation of your payment.

  • Superbill: If you need to submit a claim to your insurance provider, we provide a superbill. The superbill is essentially your insurance invoice. It includes all the

necessary information your insurance company requires for reimbursement.

Steps:

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to the billing section of your account. Here, you will find options to view your receipts and superbills.

  3. You can download or print your invoice and superbill for your records or submit it to your insurance provider.

How to Use a Superbill

After payment for your session, we will provide you with a superbill. This document contains all the information needed for your insurance claim. Send the superbill to your insurance company. This can usually be done through their online portal, via email, or by mail. Be sure to follow the specific submission instructions provided by your insurer.

Once your insurance company processes the claim, they will reimburse you according to the terms of your insurance policy. The amount and speed of reimbursement will vary depending on your coverage and the specific terms of your plan.
