Group Chat

In specific instances, such as when working with couples, families, or in other unique scenarios, your therapist may opt to facilitate a group chat (community) environment. This allows all involved parties to communicate with each other and the therapist collectively.

Select the Chat tab from the main Ruh Care dashboard on the left-hand side of your screen. Your most recent chat conversation will appear. Click through to view individual conversations with therapists, or any group chats you are a part of.

If you wish to filter and specifically view your community chats, simply click on the "Community" under the conversation type. This allows for easy navigation and access to the group chats.

If you've noticed that a Group Chat you were once part of is no longer visible, your therapist may have concluded the Chat. If you find yourself in this situation, we suggest reaching out to your therapist directly for clarification.

All interactions within the Group Chat are confidential, and your personal information is safeguarded at all times.

To further protect your privacy, other clients in the group Chat can only see your initials. This ensures that your identity remains anonymous while still fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
