Welcome to Your Ruh Care Client Portal! We will be using Ruh Care, an easy-to-use online therapy platform that allows you to connect with me and track your care while we work together.
All of your information is secure and confidential, as Ruh Care is PIPEDA and HIPAA-compliant. You can access Ruh Care from your computer or mobile device, where you can connect with me through text, voice, or video.
The Matching Process
Begin your journey by filling out our matching form or the matching form directly on the therapist's profile whom you'd like to book a session with. This form allows you to share your preferences, concerns, and goals, enabling us to find the perfect therapist match for you.
We understand the importance of finding a therapist who truly understands you and your needs, which is why we take great care in matching you with someone who aligns with your requirements.
Once you're matched with your therapist, you will be redirected to their booking page to book an intro call or your first session.
How to Get Started
Create a login and password: Check your email. You should see a welcome email from me with a special invitation link to join Ruh Care. Enter your email address, and you’ll be asked to set a password.
Note: If you need to reset your password, you can do so at this link at any time: https://app.ruhcare.com/users/password/forgot
Fill out your intake forms: After you create a profile, you’ll be asked to fill out our client intake forms. These forms are fully digital and can be completed directly from your computer or phone, so there’s no need to print these out. Your forms are sent to your therapist automatically.
Create your profile: Once you complete the initial intake forms, you’ll be taken to your profile. You’ll now be able to add a profile picture and start accessing the client features
