Once you log in to your Ruh Care Client Portal, you'll find a user-friendly interface designed to streamline the booking process and keep you organized.
1- Book an Appointment
Sign in to your Ruh Care Client Portal and navigate to the Appointments tab on the left-side menu. There you'll find an overview of both upcoming and past appointments.
Click the "Book Appointment" button.
2- Select Appointment Type
As you select the appointment type, you can select either a phone or video call.
Select your desired date and time from the available options presented.
Should you encounter a lack of availability, we recommend you reach out to your therapist directly via the platform.
Once you've finalized your selection, confirm your appointment.
Upon confirmation, you'll be greeted with a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email for your records.
For added convenience, you can easily integrate your appointment into your personal calendars (such as iCal, Google Calendar, and Outlook) by clicking the provided link within the confirmation screen or email.
3- Add Appointment to Your Calendar
Viewing Upcoming Sessions
You can monitor your upcoming scheduled appointments within the "My Appointments" tab, on your homepage, or by navigating to the "Appointments" tab in your menu.
